1. The best ginger milk
To fight a cold I like to prepare flavored milk with a plus. This is a sunflower and ginger milk that is ideal for strengthening the immune system and also increases body heat. Did you know that? that’s why I love putting this root on almost everything. It’s magic. you can prepare this winter milk with whatever you want: sunflower, coconut, almonds, peanuts, cashew, oats.
1 ½ cup of vegetable milk
Grated or powdered ginger (to taste)
Pinch of salt
Heat all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat. stir well until it boils. serve and enjoy!
2.Banana, orange, and maca shake
Recharge energy! This super easy shake, you can prepare it in the morning before going to work, for example. Maca is a natural energizer that also provides endless properties for our body.
- 1 banana
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 tbsp orange marmalade (check that it is vegan)
- 1 tsp maca powder
Blend all the ingredients well.

3. Make your own coconut milk with just two ingredients!
It is not simple, it is very easy to prepare. making your own vegetable milk is possible. you just have to cheer up. to make coconut milk you need nothing more than water and grated coconut. It is delicious and lasts approximately 4 days. What do you think?
- 150gr of grated coconut
- 1 liter of water
- Boil 500gr of water.

- 2 cups vegan milk (whichever you like best)
- ½ banana
- ½ cup of pure coffee
- 3 dates (pitted)
- ½ tsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Blend everything. If necessary and you want to make it sweeter, add muscabo or more dates. You can also add nutmeg or vanilla.
5. Healthy and delicious oat milk!

- 1 cup whole oats
- 3 cups filtered water
- optional: cinnamon and muscabo sugar
Let the oats soak for 12 hours. drain well. rinse with water. blend the oatmeal and the 3 cups of drinking water.
Filter 5 times. Remember to wash the strainer, sieve, or canvas well. reserve the bagasse for other preparations.
